LOL at him trying to collect on a "Loss of Value" policy without actually losing value.

He needs to go pro, and then if he actually has a loss of value, then he can collect.

If he waits a year, then is a first-round pick, then he will not get anything from the insurance company.

He's a fool for coming back under that scenario, because he is in an almost no-lose situation, if he is in fact 100 percent.

Of course, that's assuming he even had the policy and his father is not FOS.

Please remember no other recruit as screwed over LSU more than Dylan Moses.

Can you imagine being on the LSU campus and around the football program all the time. Wasting valuable time of Aranda and O and other coaches. Telling the coaches he will play at LSU, the REC bagman arrives and Moses is all Bama. Once at Bama, constantly shits on LSU and the state.

So here is the $64,000 question the NCAA may look into. Is Jrvonte (Mr. Moses) acting on Dylan's behalf as a legal advisor or "agent" to extort money and try to increase his son's draft stock ? Obviously no "agent" paperwork was signed. However, dad is certainly using his legal, strong-arm tactics that would not fly under any other situation involving a college athlete being represented by legal counsel.

Attorney's & Sports Agents do not work for free. Jrvonte is definitely pursuing a financial gain relative to his son's athletic ability. IMO, Where's there's smoke, there's fire. I'm not an attorney and perhaps there's nothing behind my thinking. I would love for this to blow-up in the Trust Protector's face.

I think he was mostly there when Miles was there. Aranda started 2016. He was probably gone by then to IMG.

The letter is 100% absurd and sheds light on Moses decision 3 years ago. Completely improper to put something like this out by his father.

That said, if he had insurance for loss of a middle first round pick, he should be able to come out and collect the difference due to his injury.

It's a bad look to stand with an English insurance company vs. a Louisiana kid with an injured knee.
