Looks like a shitty aluminum fence.

Look up the property on google maps.
There's nothing "designer" about that fence. Streetview even show already existing damage.

Look at the fence on Google maps. It is one of those flimsy thin metal prefab fences. They can be damaged fairly easy. I wouldn't want some shitheads kicking balls against it either.
