Next season. Will have job offers doubling his salary from other places next season. Plus, with the dropoff in QB play that will ensue next season for LSU, his stock may drop considerably if he stays.

We will pay him a lot of money.

No one is offering him a HC job worth leaving for and he would at best be making a lateral move as we can always name him OC.

Money and if Zach Evans commits he’ll have the most talented offensive skill recruiting class I’ve ever seen. Why leave?

If he so important wouldn’t we pay him before we let him walk? He leaving this year to replace Gus at Auburn as head coach or something?

He's an assistant coach with a number 1 pick at qb. Woodward has this.

Autonomy on running the offense - money.

He'll be offered it at many other programs. If the offer is wishy-washy here, Brady is gone.

Because at this moment he hasn't proven enough to be offered an OC job at a major school. He's currently the passing game coordinator and really did a good job coaching up the wide receivers but he hasn't worked with QBs. He isn't the play caller, that would be Ensminger. He's never been a play caller. One year as a passing game coordinator at LSU, one year as a Grad Assistant at Penn state, and one year as offensive analyst at the New Orleans Saints isnt enough to get a major job offer at OC. Hes only been a coach or analyst for 3 years at this point. Second, he'll be offered a pay raise at LSU and possibly be offered the opportunity to take over as OC a few years down the road.

What makes you think he can’t do with MB just as he did with JB. Joe wasn’t exactly all world last year. Maybe Myles isn’t a Heisman contender, but he can lead this team to success.

Plus, with the dropoff in QB play that will ensue next season for LSU,
Brennan is not going to be the equivalent of JB9. Not because Brennan is trash, but because Burrow is a fricking alien.

But Myles, with a full off season and training camps with the 1's, will surprise the naysayers. He's got all the potential and talent in the world, and now actually has a staff to develop him to maximize his potential. As he is right now, he already has a quicker release and puts more zip behind his passes than Burrow does. He will improve. He will impress.

Someone told me we have an offer on the table of around 1.5 but no title upgrade as of yet. Tennessee is already making a run at him with more money behind it. This will come down to Ed Orgeron, will he be able to let Ensminger finally hang it up and trust someone else or does he want to keep someone he knows he can control with the excuse that Ensminger now knows what Brady knows and can run the same offense just as well. We’ll have to wait and see.
