Not for me but of course everyone has their favorites. But have you ever had a link that was like horrible?

Yes. Mushy rice is the worst.

Yes. I’ve had some with crunchy, not fully cooked, rice inside it.

I had some a few months ago that was way too wet. It was like rice and gravy in a casing. It "literally" dripped down my arm.

Is that the garbage they sell frozen in the grocery stores?

Cauliflower boudin is bad boudin IMO. Some things should not be messed with.

Yes. Try Texas boudin that are sold in grocery stores. Most are awful.

Any of that pre-packaged stuff at supermarkets. Same for hoghead cheese.
Rouses’ if probably the worse.

I actually like Leblanc’s hogs head cheese.

Rouse's Hog Head is absolutely the worst and it annoys the hell out of me. For a local grocer with true cajun roots, you've got to be better

Yes, the ones that are just bad dirty rice stuffed inside of a casing. Rouses packaged boudin is bad, basically any boudin bought outside of the Louisiana footprint.

Richards is oooooookkkkkkkk if it is grilled. It is crap if you just heat it and serve.

I have had some Bergeron's smoked boudin that was incredible and some that was inedible. I have experienced under cooked chewy rice and overcooked mush on different occasions.

When Bergeron's is on I think it is up there with some of the best, unfortunately it has been more off then on lately.

Had some from the Bergeron's on Jefferson Highway in Harahan a month ago that was wayyyy too spicy. I like spicy, but this was out the box. Had some Saturday that was fantastic. Also got a couple of Pepper Jack Balls that were great, and a Venison Burrito that was very good.
