Obama clearly doesn’t like Biden - he used him in 2008 for his “folksy blue collar” appeal to white working class voters in the Rust Belt.

It's the norm for a former president to let the primary process play out before endorsing the nominee.
e.g. it wasn't until May 1988 that Reagan finally endorsed G.H.W. Bush. ("I'm going to work as hard as I can to make Vice President George Bush the next president of the United States").

It's a campaign issue. He's trying to stay out of the campaign. It's also a potential impeachment issue and that's business for Congress and one that former pres's should definitely steer clear of.

When Obama was President there was an article posted here that he was massively funding overseas oil and gas companies; while regulating stopping drilling here. People were livid.
I can't find the article in search.
Obama appointed Biden as front man so Joe could take the heat should it ever come up again. It is like Clapper all of the corruption has Obama at the lead. Obama won't endorse Biden because he knows he used Joe as the front man and doesn't want attached to Biden's scandals. Most especially China's. Notice they all brown nosed Obama again last night with ObamaCare? When they know it is a failure they tried to back off of a few debates ago?
Notice that Kamala named off her resume' again? The Obama's want Kamala and HRC is threatening to get in by leaking The Biden stuff and blaming Trump.

While true, there are many reports that suggest obama isn’t crazy about biden being nominee
To me, Biden doesn’t make sense as the leader of the modern Democratic Party
He is old white and working class. He hails from a rural state that is losing population.
He has for most of his career been pretty center (ish)
There would be quite a discord between him and twitter resistance folks
