Agreed. I think they are the undisputed GOAT of Youtube food content. I’m a big fan of Molly’s food. I made her seared scallops with corn and chorizo ragu and it was delicious.

Agree about Bon Appetit. They’ve really done a wonderful job of adapting beyond print. I trust their stuff a great deal.

Chef John is also great...I like that he uploads his not so great recipes. It's nice to be reminded that everything isn't going to be a home run when experimenting in the kitchen.
