Apple Music vs Spotify?

Which is better? I want to make playlists of new and old songs and also find new music. I also have a decent amount of songs in my iTunes library. TIA.

I've had both and they're basically identical. People will just post which one they have and say it's the best.
I simply moved to Apple Music because I have an iPhone and you can use siri to play songs/artists/playlists/etc while driving so you don't have to look through playlists and search for stuff.
Once you're use to either there isn't much difference at all between the 2.

I have been using Spotify for about 8 years or so. They have been in the game the longest and their interface is awesome and it works like you expect it. It's easy to make playlists and you can borrow from other public playlists. For new music, their Discover Weekly playlist is pretty good . Their artist radio stations are ok...I still think Pandora is the king of that.
I can't comment much on Apple Music. I used it a couple times when they had free trials or $1 trial for 3 months. It's pretty good but I prefer Spotify.
You should be able to do a free trial for a month for each I think. Try both out and see which one you like better.

Apple Music. However I am in Apple's ecosystem. I have an Apple TV, Homepod, and an Apple watch. Everything integrates perfectly with Apple Music.
If you are not in Apple ecosystem, get Spotify.
If you are not in Apple ecosystem, get Spotify.

Frick apple Music. I've lost all the albums I had on digital for whatever reason when apple music came into being.
spotify is way better and I can listen to anything for one low price.

My friends rag on my for having Apple Music but I think they're just ignorant because they don't have a car with Apple CarPlay. That was the deciding factor for me as I don't have to search anything and it works seamlessly while I'm driving.

Spotify also comes with free hulu if u go premium. Honestly spotify is the tits and I use nothing else for music anymore.
