I bet this was some sort of domestic dispute that went wrong when the cops showed up. That’s a good area so chances are it wasn’t a thug doing thug things.

As someone who lives in the area I have a hard time with this being characterized as an “upscale” area.
Not that it matters related to the crime anyway, but right across the street there are hundreds of section 8 apartments. If we’re trying to relate crime to income at least tell the whole story...

I’d like the toxicology reports to come out on the perp that left in a bodybag. There’s definitely more to this story. The cops don’t randomly shoot someone, and I’d bet the perp was high or drunk at the time of the shooting.
