How will Andrew Luck's career be measured?

With all of the incredible hype, did he come close to delivering? He definitely had his moments, but I'm not really sure how we should judge his career as a whole. Promising that was cut short? All things considered, a disappointment?

Like Brandon Roy, great maybe elite when healthy. Injuries ruined him

They didnt have anything else on the team besides TY until last year but he was already breaking down by then.

His career wasn't cut short

He didn't encounter anything a bunch of other more tenured NFL players didn't endure

I don't blame him, but this was a lifestyle choice, not a genuine health one, unless there is something we don't know
