I have never bought a custom tailored suit online before. Indochino seems to be a highly reputable online vendor in this arena that is within my price range. I'm looking for a suit for $400-$500,so for the OT ballers think the suits you would wear to the construction site of your mansion. I am apprehensive about the whole online process, so I was hoping to get some feedback from others who have gone through there.

The measuring process seems straight-forward, did anyone have issues with this or with the fit when the suit arrived?

How about the fabric quality? I don't need high end, but don't want it to look like a cheap suit either.

Were you happy with Indochino? Is there another online custom suit outlet that you prefer?

Bill Burr says they're great, but he's paid to say that.

Had issues, sent it back they made me a new one no charge

Good suit for the price, customization is great

Been a while since I’ve bought one but all 3 of my suits from them are holding up well. The tux is quality for the price as well. I went with the midnight blue on that

For what you are looking for, I think you’ll be more than happy with the results

Ask the OT legend Pocket Aces, I'm sure he can give you some great feedback on suits.

I prefer Knot Standard. Their prices did go up recently though.

What is the place in NewO with the Italian name that makes custom suits at a decent price?

You just like to have your pecans fondled while he measures the inseam.

First time that happened to me, I thought it was odd. The guy spent like 10 minutes measuring me

I mean, I bought the toaster anyway, but still...

Too much hassle. I would go suit supply that way you know what you're getting. There's no reason you need a custom suit unless you have some kind of unusual dimensions.

It didn’t suit the French well in 1954.

Nonsense. For example, the fabric just below your collar on your back is supposed to be flat against your back when standing straight up. That pinch of fabric you see bunch up on most men’s suits? That’s because it doesn’t fit, and it requires a fairly complicated adjustment referred to as lowering the collar to fix. Want functional buttons on your sleeve? Unless you get incredibly lucky (or are ok with your sleeves being the wrong length), that’s not happening unless the jacket was cut for you.

Though, to be honest, I would probably be happy if men simply stopped buying jackets that are too wide in the shoulders because they think going down a size makes their dick smaller. Damned near every man I see in a suit would look better if they dropped two inches off their jacket size. Some could lose four.

I mean...don't buy a suit that doesn't fit? You don't need a custom suit to not have this problem. If you get something that fits properly in the shoulders the rest can be tailored.

If you're the type of guy who MUST have functional buttons I don't think you're going to be starting this thread.

I’ve had one made in the past. Worked well and I still wear it. Make sure your measurements are precise.

I have two suits from him and 5-6 shirts. I highly recommend them. Roshawn is an interesting character but the product is top notch.
