What environmental factors? Like absentee parenting, not willing to spend time with troubled kids, and increased tablet and phone use taking the place of imagination? Or are you saying industrial pollution?

This right here. I have patients (both children and adults) who legit need medication to concentrate and perform at their best - these kids go from F's to A's and B's. I have also seen members of the underclass who want a script for the kid to get on disability. In the hundreds of kids I have seen who got on disability as a child, I've never seen one who got off as an adult and became a working member of society. Your extra 1000$ per month is essentially ensuring your child will never rise above poverty.
