So, only kids 3rd grade and up have germs that need to be covered with a mask...good to know.
Have any of you ever seen a kindergartner sneeze? The snot trail drips down their face where it stays while they look at you wondering what they should do. Sometimes they clean it up with their tongue... Not to mention the fingers in their noses then on the desk, door knob, carpet, other kids backs....

My husband pays over $1K a month for 1 child. She lives in another state so we get her most all summer and almost every time she has time off from school. (Thankful the ex is good about this)
The ex got to keep the house and was supposed to sign the rental over to my husband.
Here we are almost 6 years after their judgment and the mortgage is still in his name. She averages paying it 25-29 days past due. And the rental property still hasn’t been quitclaimed to him so she’s collecting the rent money also.

On the flip side- my 2 children get $800. We did go through the state but their dad and I talked about it before hand and worked out what he could afford to pay so I took much less than what the court decided on. I don’t ask him to pay anything extra bc at this point right now I can afford for him not too. He gets them every other weekend and any other time they want to go if we can work it out with his work schedule.

Yeah, I know nothing can be done in time for Fall Break but I want to go ahead and get prepared to fight this for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Anyone have recommendations for a good family court lawyer near Birmingham?

Every time I try to watch anything on HBO ondemand, I get errors. This has been going on since around May of last year. It is such a problem that we usually don't even try to use it but when we do the problem is still there. Right now, it will tell me that it is "Preparing for Playback" then will end up with "Error Code 5" I have called Directv a couple of times for it and they just say it is a "known problem" that they are working on. Anyone have this problem with suggestions to fix? I really don't want to be on the phone with them for hours again just to have them tell me its a known problem, they'll reset everything, then I can't use the feature for x amount of hours since it was just reset...

I think it depends on the knowledge level of installer. We had it installed about six months ago and I love the look of it. But since The installer turned out to be crappy, he laid it very uneven. Which wouldn't be a problem except for now the grout is cracking and crumbling. According to what I've read there isn't really an easy fix other than to rip it all out and start over.

Ha! Just a bit. I'm already going to be going crazy with drums in the house.. Definitely don't want to interrupt my sleep with nightmares.

When will the times be posted?

It's the right input. We can watch stuff that's dvr'd just not anything that's on currently.
