They might be eyeballing a payroll tax cut, but note how WAPO words the headline. They are still trying to talk us into a recession.
Show me any signs of a weakening economy. They aren't there.
They talked us into the last one, at the end of Bush's time. Things were not that bad , then all of a sudden the media launches a doom and gloom campaign.

best kind of tax credit/cut, as it only effects those working.
Obama cut SS payroll by 2%, and i went and bumped my 401k contribution by the same 2%....
saw the same pay on my check, but made more for retirement.... wish i could take the full contribution and invest it in my 401k....
