I'm coming down to New Orleans next weekend. Tell me what poboy you order and where you get it.

Zimmer's fried shrimp is damn good.
Too many strong roast beefs in town.
Radosta's in Metry produces solid options.
If I were you, I'd belly up at Bevi and get a beer, a poor boy and some boiled seafood.

Favorite: Roast beef from Bear's in Metry.
For variety, recommend: Parran's Trifecta Poboy. It's 3 seperate 4" poboys. Fried Shrimp, Roast Beef and Italian Meatball

Half and half (shrimp and oyster) from Rocky & Carlos in da Parish. Large sandwich and not at all skimpy on the seafood.
I also like the Frencheletta at Liuzza's on Bienville St. It's the po-boy version of the Muffaletta.

That sounds fantastic.
Parkway is in the early lead though. It must be a great place. A peacemaker from Mahoneys is what had been previously suggested to us.

They make a good sandwich, but I'm not impressed by the size of the sandwich for the $$$ they get for them.

Soft shell from R&O’s.
Circa 1999.
The quantity and quality has gone way down ever since.
