If we somehow blow this game because of this bullshite, Devenski needs to be out of the organization. He's a liability.

When you can’t get out of an inning with a 10-run lead you have proven you have no place on a team serious in winning a championship. Unless we’re not serious about winning one. This is not just an off day for Devo. It’s a trend. Front office is stupid.

No, I expect paid players to contribute and be worth their contracts. Devo hasn’t been that in two years now. Neither has white. Rondon has been more bad than good. He can’t handle anything close to a high leverage inning and has trouble keeping from getting pulled every third blowout he’s inserted into. The bullpen has been an inconsistent mess. Outside of Pressly There’s no telling what version of what player you’re going to get.

Those guys are supposed to be the worst guys on the roster. I would say they actually both are outperforming those contracts. Neither are paid to be studs
And yea white is still pre arbitration but he isn’t paid like Altuve.

No they’re not. When Devo can’t get through an inning then smith has to be called in to clean up his mess. What is smith’s contract? Now you add them together and you see how much Devo is costing. Same thing with rondon, because rondon gave up the tying run the other night we had to use more pitching than we needed to because they couldn’t do their jobs. Even when their jobs should be easy they can’t do them.

In theory it does. Not doing your job doesn’t just lose you one game. It can lose you multiple games because your pitching staff gets stretched too thin and our list of reliable arms in that pen is dwindling. It’s no longer two. It’s one. Name me one pitcher besides Pressly you feel confident they can get you through an inning without giving up a run.

Right but he’s paid as a below average player right? I know he’s on a rookie deal, he probably shouldn’t be starting as often as he is
