50/50? 350?

What do y’all think? I’m hoping we somehow luck out. I don’t care as much about power as the toddler does...

It's a hurricane. Almost 100%.

We lose power in the middle of a bright sunny day if a bird decides to perch on the power line.

I don't think Barry will have any problem doing the same.

The question, how many days ahead will Entergy's repair prediction be?

Large chunks of Baton Rouge will be without power, but Entergy will have a faster timeline of getting things back online this time compared to previous events

I’d say it’s likely dependent on where you are

I would say, without question, there's a 0 to 100% chance that we lose power.

Capital Heights has lost power twice already.

Course, if someone sneezes in that hood, the power goes out.

A lot of rain and gusts probably getting to 75 mph.

That would take a lot of trees down.

Do you mean due to the storm or for any reason?

We lost power already. But it was because someone apparently ran their car into a pole.

My power in Old Jefferson in BR went off at 3am on Wednesday for 2 hours because a tree limb fell on a like somewhere

On a windless rainless night

FWIW, my zip code took 38 inches in 96 hours in Harvey and all of cars were total losses. I was on an island for 4 days and had internet and power for all but 12 hours.

I realize Uverse/CenterPoint>DEMCO>Entergy/Cox but I wouldn’t expect a Gustav level outage.

Have you looked at the wind forecast? We’re gonna lose power for three days minimum.

If you live in Atlanta, Ga, then there is a 0.0257439% chance you'll lose power.
