But those are the 62% that are ugly/fat and know that they aren't ever doing better than "dad bod" anyway. So their survival instincts tell them they better find it sexy.

She's in fantastic shape FWIW.
My dad bod looks like somebody who used to play sports a lot and be in good shape, but now doesn't have time to be in peak physical shape. Still no belly really, but no ripped muscles either.
Think something like this:

I always thought it was a dude who looked like he was in good physical shape but wasn't really hitting the gym. Does a little cardio and is pretty healthy or something.

That doesn't look like someone that played sports a lot and used to be in really great shape. It's called being fat and out of shape.

they want a man thats not gonna frick around on them, one who is loyal and devoted, the type that will support them and their kids and keep them safe, then they go find jodie when they want to get their rocks off

That was Eli Manning during the prime of his career as an NFL quarterback. I'm sure he wasn't completely out of shape. It just looks like it because he eats cheeseburgers and drinks beer on top of regular exercise to stay in decent shape (which is what a dad bod is).

Yeah, exactly.
Somewhere people decided dad bod meant big beer belly.
That isn't the case. It's a relatively in shape guy, who used to be a decent athlete in HS/college, but is now without strong muscle tone.
