I am always curious who donates to these people. I know it is political thread and should go on the poli board, but curious to get more realistic answer here. I have not.

Only Hillary. Didn’t want a foreign agent to be President.

I lived in Ohio for a month, in a friend's basement, to work on a presidential campaign. That counts as a donation.

I contribute to local campaigns. Might need a favor one day

Trump in 2015 very early on when there were still 18 candidates and again in 2016 when he was the nominee
Ted Cruz in 2012 when he was running in the primary vs. David Dewhurst
John Cornyn's primary opponent Dwayne Stovall in 2014

It hurts you somewhere deep, how DJT can love our country and you despise it so much.

No. I had a friend donate 500 to Herman Cain. Money down the drain.

I worked for a decent amount of time as a political fundraiser. I’d often leave an event with at least $75-100k in my pocket. Made me nervous as shite the first few times.

I’d love to know why you think I’m lying.

I’d love to know why you think I’m lying.
All states and Federal law require that the donors' name and profession be a part of the record, so anyone giving big money uses a check ( personal, not corporate)
the cash limit is between $50 and $100 allowing that maybe you were in a State that allowed $100,, that's 750 people ALL donating cash.
that attendance number is Senate or Governor level and a campaign of that stature would never let a staffer hold on to the donations
MAYBE a few thousand dollars,, and even if that any legit campaign would only allow the actual named fundraiser or campaign treasurer hold the cash, checks and donation sheets

Trump was my first political donation and I did it more than once.
