Really hope we skate somehow. Also in the article, there is another group of schools being investigated beyond the ones that will be named soon.

I’m assuming LSU is in that second group.

With what was on those tapes leaked involving WW, I can’t see how LSU won’t b one of those 6 teams, but I am praying WW has a horse stuck up is arse, because it sure seems like he and LSU will need one!

Dodd states that "Stan Wilcox, NCAA vice president for regulatory affairs, said two high-profile programs would receive notices of allegations by early July.

"The remaining four would be rolled out later in the summer in what was described as a wave of NCAA investigations meant to clean up major-college basketball.

Let's do the math.

Let's face it, LSU isn't a "high profile" program. Two of these three fit that bill: Arizona, Kansas, Louisville. Aside from those, Auburn, USC and Oklahoma St. all had assistant coaches plead guilty

Now certainly, there are some allegedly damning recordings of Wade and he (thanks to a feckless LSU PR/AD staff) became the center of the storm at NCAAT time. However, LSU didn't have any assistants charged or plead guilty. LSU very well could, and likely will be in the "second group", but I think they stay out of the "first group" for now.

This mostly stems from September 2017 and the initial FBI trial. LSU was not even remotely mentioned in that one.

We have little to worry about for now.

At least 20 schools were mentioned during the course of the FBI's investigation. Among others were Oklahoma State, USC, Auburn and LSU. Wilcox said only those schools involved in eligibility issues would be impacted.

We were mentioned, but only as a mention.

Stan Wilcox mentions a situation with Kansas about an assistant coach discussing an arrangement to bring Zion to Lawrence. But because this was never entered into evidence in the trial the NCAA cannot use it. As with Wade, nothing concerning him was entered into evidence. It was all leaked. Nothing leaked can be used against him unless it was entered into evidence. Besides that, the NCAA has already spoken to Wade concerning him being recorded on the wiretap.

As far as the NCAA is concerned Will Wade was NEVER on the wiretaps. The NCAA cannot prove he was, they have no evidence that he was. If Will Wade tells the NCAA he never talked to Dawkins and is not on the wiretaps there is nothing the NCAA can do. There was only one thing concerning Wade that came out in the trial and it was the Kansas assistant who said Wade told him he had an assistant job for the coach and 300 grand for Naz to come to LSU. This was information that has no basis in truth and all Wade has to do is deny that conversation ever took place. And Wade has already talked to the NCAA. They have nothing on him.

I’m not even sure at this point that they exist.
