The lemmings who watch CBS and NBC can rest easy. They never have to worry about seeing or hearing anything that might upset them because the dear leaders at the networks know what's best for their viewers.

Last week, "Jeopardy" host Alex Trebek stunned America when he announced that his stage-four pancreatic cancer was in "near-remission," a disease that yields a survival rate of just 3%.
Speaking with People magazine, Trebek credited this undoubted miracle to the prayers of millions of fans, with doctors admitting they may have played a significant factor in his recovery.
"I told the doctors, this has to be more than just chemo," he told the outlet. "I've had a couple million people out there who expressed their good thoughts, their positive energy and their prayers. The doctors said it could very well be an important part of this."
According to Newsbusters, both "NBC Nightly News" and "CBS Evening News" edited those parts about prayer out of their broadcasts last week
Over at NBC, Trebek's quotes were specifically edited to eliminate the word prayers by including an ellipsis in its place. So rather than the full quote, NBC reported it as follows: "I’ve got a couple million people out there who have expressed good thoughts… I told the doctors this has to be more than just the chemo."

One of the goals of the New World Order is to eradicate religion. It's hard to have an all powerful ruling world government when people have an even higher being they yield to in their lives.

They are just suppressing the truth about their creator that they know exists and sits in judgement. It's not that they don't believe, it's that they hate Him.

Just when you think they've reached bottom, they insist on sinking to a new low every week it seems.

Not Christian but this is bullshite, if you're offended by someone saying prayers you need to be checked into a psych ward.

This ^^^^ is the truth. I'm not sure most non believers hate the Creator, it's more like they want to delude themselves into believing there's none higher than a mortal man. What a mind blowing surprise that awaits the self deluded.

So we're at not blaming religion for terrorism and the trade off is not allowing credit to religion or a higher power? Some fricked up people out there.

I always wonder if 'good thoughts/vibes' arent thrown in so as not to offend those who dont like mention of God. And I also wonder if these highly intelligent people that dismiss God think that good thoughts or good vibes actually do a damn thing.

The powers that be don't want people to know that mass prayer/meditation works.
They don't want us to know what the human mind is truly capable of.

Not a lot is truly understood about quantum physics, but one thing science is at least a little bit sure of is that mass meditation has quantum results on both the meditator and the world.
In 1978, researchers discovered what they call the Maharishi Effect. They discovered it when a group meditation of 7,000 people took place and they all meditated with the intention of having a positive effect on the city. They did this for 3 weeks. The results of that group meditation transformed the city's crime rates, acts of violence, and death. There was an average reduction in all three by 16%.
Since then, more than 50 studies have been conducted on the Maharishi effect with varied results. Most studies indicate the clear power of meditation to transform global life and patterns.
When the study was repeated in Wales, they got amazing results. In 1987 Merseyside had the third highest crime rate of the eleven largest Metropolitan Areas in England and Wales; by 1992 it had the lowest crime rate. 40% below levels predicted by the previous behaviour of the series. There were 255,000 less crimes in Merseyside from 1988 to 1992 than would have been expected had Merseyside continued to follow the national crime trend.”

A two-month national demonstration project conducted in Washington, D.C., showed how a coherence-creating group of TM-Sidhas can reduce crime and social stress and improve the effectiveness of government.
This was a carefully controlled scientific demonstration carried out between June 7 and July 30, 1993. The study involved a coherence group of TM-Sidhas who increased in number from 800 to a maximum of 4,000 over the trial.
TM crime prevention project in Washington showed a maximum 23.3% reversal in the predicted violent crime trend.
They don't want us to know what the human mind is truly capable of.
