Agreed.

The same folks that are pro-life complain about welfare queens and living off their tax dime in the same breath. Oh and the lack of a nuclear family.

Strange.

If like to know her reasons for killing her child.

Career? Was the child sick?

She sure as heck is sick.

But heck most the world is sick and deranged.

Someone should start a thread where we calculate the cost of a child on Medicaid until 18 and then multiply it by the number of abortions per year.

Where did you read that at? Just because her dad was a guitarist for Aerosmith doesn’t mean he was involved in her life at all.

Well to be fair the pro-choice crowd is normally anti-capital punishment.

Yeah having your dad be in a band like Aerosmith probably limits your opportunities in life

Meh, the argument that abortion is fine because it spares the child a shitty life is weak.

Not really. Pretty strong actually. A fetus that hasn’t even developed a brain yet doesn’t have to fully develop into a crack baby because the cracked out mom decided to get an abortion.

I’m not acting like all pro-life or choice arguments are consistent, because they’re not, but pro-life, nuclear family, and decreasing welfare are all personal responsibility stances. You can say they’re heartless, I get that when taken to its extreme, but those are all consistent positions.

It’s legal and I’m not in the business of judging legal behavior even when I disagree but what a complete poor choice of words.

You weirdos keep saying that but I don't think you know what benefiting the fetus means. She killed a fetus because it was convenient for her. Nothing more, nothing less. Pretty hilarious from such a virtuous person

I am not into killing you know.

Like murderers. Guess I can't be calling for justice there, huh?

See where you and I differ? I see it as murder l; you sir do not. And that is where we depart here.

Unless that child was a direct threat to her life or the child was to be born dead, or suffering for years, I consider it murder. The most innocent among us with no choice and a family that wants them dead.

Sorry mom I was inside you. I wish I wasn't such a nuisance. I understand why you wish to kill me. You don't even have to call me a living being. I'm nothing but a ball of cells. I apologize for making your life difficult.

I'll always love you and hope for the best now I am gone.

Both sides share a similar level of hypocrisy in those two debates. Each side can make seemingly logical arguments in a vacuum for each corner of that square but arguing their entire side of the square illuminates the hypocrisy. This has been brought into tighter focus since DNA testing has exonerated people who have been put to death.

The pro-life/anti-welfare position is the one I actually find the most difficult to understand.
