Not to reopen this can of worms, but there were at least 8 or 9 extremely talented QB’s who looked like they never should’ve been allowed within 100 yards of a D1 college football program after 3 years in ole Lester’s development program. Many, many QB’s careers were ruined by that shite offensive system

Absolutely. He worked as hard as he could and his attitude was great. A great Tiger and classy even after the transfer. Best of luck to him!

Name another coach who made it to the NC with QBs the caliber of Jefferson/Lee. Miles struggles to field good QBs, but I’ve seen very few coaches reach his level of success without great QB play

And whether you like it or not- there’s a shite load of young men and families in the Shreveport area that Love Brandon Harris and look up to him. He will have no effect immediately but he absolutely could become a good coach. Hell hes now going to learn under an Urban Meyer disciple.

Jarret Lee WAS a good QB suffering the same fate as Brandon Harris under the Les tutlage

Lee and Harris were totally different beast. Lee and Jefferson also had the benefit of each other. Even if they weren’t close friends, neither of them was good enough to make it on his own.

I would take Jarret Lee or Andrew Hatch all day long versus Harris. He had a big arm with absolutely no touch or concept of a short passing game.
