I mean id prefer Ingram too but if the end result that comes out of this is Beal, Ball and two future first I would be very optimistic about the future. Beal is a 25 year old all star. They might need Ingram to get Beal.

Has a player ever gone from beloved to hated as fast as AD...let the games continue...Shams just tweeted that AD is focused on the Lakers or Knicks long term. Yeah, the guy doesn't care about winning...AT ALL

And now they're trying to find each other to console each other's vaginas.

If the Wizards and not Lakers take on Solomon Hill Contract, the Lakers need to be giving more in this deal.

It would be hilarious if the Lakers made all kinds of deals to acquire players they think we want, them we trade AD to Boston with maybe a third team involved.

If we get Beal and Ball, who rides the pine for all the time we aren’t in small ball? Ball? We would have no length and get torn apart in the postseason by anyone with any decent tall wings.

Figured I'd give one a shot..
Pelicans
Out- Davis, #39
In- Wiggins, Saric, Monk, pick #11, # 36, 2021 1st (Hornets unprotected)
Wolves
Out- Wiggins, Saric, #11
In- Batum, Bridges, #12 and #39
Hornets
Out- Batum, Bridges, Monk, #12 and #36
In- Davis
The Hornets get a star to put next to Walker. Resign Lamb and they make a run.
Wolves get out from Wiggins deal. Get some cap space. Nice prospect in Bridges. Saric isn't playing much in crowded front court.
Pelicans get a star level talent that desperately needs a change of scenery. Solid starter in Saric who is a good fit next to Zion. Monk is a project. Plus a pick, a slide up in the 2nd and a future pick.
Works for everybody..

Pele would be better off with Ingram/Lakers deal and I'm not that packages biggest champion.

I thought the point is to keep Davis out of the West and away from the Lakers?
Opinions are going to vary wildly on how you value Wiggins. He is young and locked up for years. So no contract drama. But lots of people don't like him. I think he has a ton of upside and could be an all star in the right situation. He would be the core of the package.
Does everything else line up? I think the values are about right. Multi team deals are hard to orchestrate..

Salaries are fine
I would take a Tatum package above all but Ingram is just a better fit than Wiggins(who's horrid at playmaking/defense and is just a black hole). Ingram isn't without fault but he's younger, there is no contract drama with Wiggins but it would be a horrible move locking into him.
Hornets would never trade for AD as he has ZERO chance of resigning there. He wants to be in a bigger market and he's leaving a better core than whatever the hornets would have.
