doubt it, the ring leader is supposedly known as the "Nylon Don" to local prosecutors
I think his crew is going to roll over on him. They're burnt out and tired of him strutting around like he's got a lifetime warranty.

Lots of 20v LiIon batteries, a few battery impact guns, a couple of large floor Jacks and some blocks. No one around to report them.

Even with all of that, you'd still need a big arse truck and a big crew to get it done in a reasonable amount of time.

This dealership must be isolated or something. And not have cameras/alarms.

Well, first you jack up the vehicle and put it on blocks.

Then you use a lug wrench to remove the lug nuts. Lastly, you pull the tire off and put it on a truck.

Repeat as needed.....

Dually noted.

Oh yea.

Solid team effort when you think about it. Maybe one or two guys hitting the lugs only. Second team comes in with the jack and block. Third team on the removal.

Yep.

And not only taking them off, but removing the jacks from their UHaul, jacking the cars up, taking the wheels off and loading them into the UHaul, which would get heavy AF after the first 10 or so.

Curious how many guys were in the crew.

I wonder why they couldn't put all of that organization, effort, and efficiency to a legit use?

Had a buddy get his wheels stolen off his truck in Baton Rouge in the middle of the day when he was home for lunch and he didn't notice.

Said he parked and went inside for 30 minutes, came outside and his truck was on cinder blocks.

Something similar happened to my neighbor when I lived in Memphis a few years back...but it’s even shittier considering the circumstances.

I was just getting home and he pulled up right behind me in a brand new, bought that day camaro ss. We talked for a few minutes..he was super excited. When I went in for the night it was probably 10. When I woke up the next morning i walked outside and his shite was sitting on the rotors. They didn’t even bother putting it on blocks

Slidell PD just posted video of the Thieves

Slidell police say they investigating the weekend theft of more than $100,000 worth of tires and rims off of 31 vehicles at a Slidell car dealership in what is believed to be the work of a professional theft ring. In all, 124 tires and rims were stolen early Saturday from Matt Bowers Chevrolet along Interstate 10 by thieves who disabled one surveillance camera and manipulated a lighting system so they could work in darkened conditions, Police Chief Randy Fandal said at a news conference Wednesday (May 1).
