Lots of 20v LiIon batteries, a few battery impact guns, a couple of large floor Jacks and some blocks. No one around to report them.

If you use the correct tools a tire can be off a vehicle in close to 10 seconds.

Two guys running an impact wrench on each side and one for the Jack. It can go quick. Now hauling away that many tires would be the harder part.

The logistics of this are actually impressive.
Do you remove the lugnuts manually with a lug wrench to be quiet and take a long time, or do you do it quickly with an impact and hope nobody hears the noise?

Probably people from the East using stolen Uhauls just like they did with the motorcycles and dirt bikes last year in Slidell

after 9/11, while all the planes were grounded, an airport vendor at LHR went through all of our company's planes and stole all of the video players and tapes, they caught the guy because he put them up for sale on ebay

What are they all blocked up on ? Looks like they are almost balanced. That’s the work of some professionals. One lift, undo lugs, pull the tire and go to the next one. Speed.

Those guys need to tread lightly so they don't get caught.
