I got a face full of roundup today from a gust of wind while spraying ditchbanks.

And I mixed too much chemical and needed the sprayer to put rotenone in. So I dumped it all off in the bayou

Glad to know I’ll be ok

I guess all of the Monsanto lobbyists/ bribers' free Bahamas trips, etc. offered up to the government folks are finally paying off.

I'm old enough to not believe everything any government agency says. It wasn't too many decades ago that the state of NC published an official government "How to be healthy" like brochure, and it contained nothing about not smoking.

Proof I have is a dead 30 year old friend.
He started working in high school with a lawn care guy, and he was theRound up guy. He used tons of the stuff clearing out areas for years. A year or so ago he comes down with some type of cancer. He's 28 fricking years old. He lasted two painful years and just recently passed.
Was it due to his excessive use of Round Up? You tell me, Mr expert

You are using anecdotal evidence.

You tell me how you know it’s round up? Cancer is a fricking bitch and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone but you have no Proof it was because of round up.

At least we know someone at the EPA hit the powerball without buying a powerball ticket.

I don't have proof, but it's certainly a coincidence that a chemical that SOME feel it causes cancer and I know someone first hand who handled excessive amounts of it also died of cancer, I feel OK in saying that the RoundUp just might be the case. He didn't drink or smoke, so you can rule that out.
I think I have a stronger case of that it could have been due to Roundup, citing examples used in the class action suit against Monsanto, than you can tell me his cancer was NOT a cause of it.
Look, I'm not one to always say that a certain chemical will always cause something or other, I'm really just saying that I wouldn't just feel honky dory about something, just because the EPA says it is no risk. I'm sorry, but there is just too much money to be thrown around by these chemical companies and they don't want their prized product to be labeled a carcinogen.
