Turn it around? Fargas created this mess. The absolute only reason she should kept is that at the end the day women’s basketball doesn’t matter and we would have to pay her a buyout.

To be clear, I called for Nikki's firing in this string and have been doing that for at least 2 years. That Nikki can floor coach and teach is irrelevant if she cannot consistently recruit talent.
That she refuses to recruit even though she has had assistants helping her with that, is her downfall. New assistants are not the answer as that has been tried.

That’s so fricking inaccurate. She turned a perennial final four contender into a last four in program in the time she was here, all with the support of Alleva. He extended her, for frick’s sake. If that’s actually how you feel, you’re stupid and your fandom is detrimental to the program.
