At this date, I would not fire Fargas without a solid, solid plan in place. It's too late.
She should have been fired over a month ago.
But Woodward needs to come in and do his evaluations, and by the time all that is done, it will really be too late. Let her coach this season on a very, very, very hot seat.

Why would u say it’s to late. Womens season just ended. Not going to make huge splash ,probably smaller school with success. That’s better then what we are seeing on court at this point

I sure didnt see Fargas' problem being lack of backing from the AD. She is a poor recruiter and the recruits she gets she cant hang on to them for 4 years. We need a great recruiter. If the lady tiger produce quality teams, the fan support will be there.

Another clear example that recruiting is the name of the game of the game in college sports. Nikki is not a bad basketball coach.
