I never said he admitted he committed an ncaa violation. Where did you get that?

Are you so dense, bitter, or what ever term you choose, to believe that once Wade is coaching and has another successful season that he will be in demand at numerous universities.
I predict, in another year, he will earn that bonus, plus. LSU will be desperate to keep him if he can sign Watford, Quinones, and Sy or similar talent.

True. With who he’s going to sign and another really good season next year....memories get short when you’re winning

If he was willing to add these to his contract then that's great news in terms of his confidence with this whole situation.

He just gave up $250k that he was contractually obligated to continue to coach at LSU. This is an admission of guilt and surely doesn’t increase his marketability.

Les have you gotten much dumber lately or is this all your new gimmick ?

sans any ncaa issues down the line this whole thing could be a net positive

100% correct. Wade isn't going anywhere for a few years and if he continues winning LSU will give him an offer that will make him stay around

He's not getting another offer for a couple of years now

what’s dumb about that statement? Or you going to dodge that question like you did my compliance questions?

LSU just wrote a check for $500,000 and gave it to TX A&M.

What for?

The new athletic director
Why would LSU give Texas A&M $500,000 for Woodward?

His buyout was a fraction of that.

Eta: You’re wrong about the $500,000. Did Orgeron tell you Woodward’s buyout was $500,000?

It’s only $50,000.

Big difference....

Or he has nothing to lose because he knew LSU was set to fire him with cause if he didn’t take this deal.

This is an apology by him for putting LSU through that. He knows he did wrong.

What was your follow up question Earl? Many people have backed up that compliance has been in a thorn in the side of our coaches for years, I’m sorry if you weren’t aware of that.

I don’t dodge things like some folks do in paying out bets they make brah

It could indicate he knows that no program is going to risk pursuing him until he comes out squeaky clean. LSU is his only option until this occurs. He wasn't walking away from a $2 million annual contract without other immediate options.

And peeps like myself and others were crucified for saying just this during the suspension. He’s not looked upon favorably by any big 5 program right now. He knows we are his only chance to continue to get paid.

Maybe when you repeat it for the 25th time, someone might give you a laugh. Is there a reason you're a cockgobling douchebag in every WW thread?

I'm not sure why he'd give up something he earned.

Judging by the terms of the contract, everyone is confident that coach won’t be found guilty of anything serious.
