The food is great, still some work to do getting the beer selection going with relationships with distributors etc. if they can get some guidance on the list it will do very well.

FBD is my first taste of this latest batch of No Strings Attached. Seeing the hops, I was expecting this to be outta sight. Nelson, Citra, and Idaho 7? frick, man...

I gotta say, there is some sort of boozy sweetness that is incredibly surprising given the ABV. The color is definitely on the more caramel side for a NE and I’d imagine that’s from a larger % of cara malts which probably led to this sweetness. The hops aren’t insanely vibrant and I would have really liked to taste this beer with just straight 2 row because this hop combo should be an easy homerun.

I will be going to pick up some of that at the source in about 30 minutes.

FBD is a very pleasant, unexpected surprise in my MIL's fridge. I left it here at Xmas...

Sweet table. Looks familiar...

FBD is a GeauxPack Brewing Co SPF 50 NEIPA. Much needed after some yard work.
