If one suspends an employee the only comment is 'no comment' .... talk about asking for litigation. I don't care how public an AD or HC might be but there is a zone of privacy

How has nobody waltzed into the AD office and just beat the shite out of this clown yet? He epitomizes unprofessionalism. The sad part is, I don’t think he has a clue how hated he is. I pity him. I really do. He’s living in a world where he is despised by many, and he doesn’t even know.

Dean was just lazy and cheap. He didn't go out of his way to make the program look awful in the media. If Joe would just stop talking about it publicly, he'd be doing himself a lot of favors. I don't know of any employer who has any concern about a potential lawsuit saying a word to anyone about things like this. He's an idiot. He is a moron and should just say "no comment" when asked about this situation, but I have a feeling he is trying to cover his own arse by making it look like it's all on Wade.
Because he knew about this in October and he was the one who suspended Wade in a public announcement before talking with Wade. Then all of a sudden he announces, to the public that he is willing to meet with Wade.
It should have gone like this.
Alleva sees the yahoo article, the USAtoday opinion article and the Dick Vitale tweets, calls in Wade to discuss the issue and then make a decision what to do.
If he decides to suspend Wade then release something saying "I have met with Coach Wade about the situation and it has been decided that he will be suspended until after he appears in court in April". If he doesn't decide to suspend him then just don't address anything about the situation at all.. "No comment" and "will not discuss this until after coach wade appears in court in April".
Alleva really needs to be fired.

There needs to be a revolt by the fans period. I know I’m gonna stick to my guns but we need a mass boycott of LSU in terms of money spent until they’re all gone. Of course I’m going to watch my Tigers but I will not spend a cent on them anywhere in Baton Rouge or anywhere els: merchandise, tickets donations etc. My oldest graduated this past year so no more tuition or expenses there and my next will not be going to LSU if these guys are still in charge. The propaganda arm of LSU does a good job convincing fans that they don’t matter and have no power but we do, collectively, have all the influence we need.
