I use meds AND listen to a few podcasts on the subject. Can't tell you how well I'd be doing with just one or the other.

ADHD Rewired is one of the podcasts.

When you’re in a conversation with someone and want to tell a story that you think is relevant to the conversation you’re in then most likely it isn’t. Stay attentive, speak less...

An adult with ADHD should be taken about as seriously as an adult who chooses to go by the name “Timmy”. It’s like, come on now. It’s time to put this silliness behind you

They don't. That is why the OT exists.

Try to break up your day in small tasks and don’t start a new task unless you finish the current one.

I agree with this. I am not saying it doesn't exists but ADHD in children and adults is very over diagnosed. Most of it in kids is a result of lazy parents. Parents don't pay attention to or spend time with their child. Child acts up to get attention. Parent takes child to Dr, and DR puts kids on drugs.

Thanks. What meds are you on? Is there a big difference with vs without?
