Is this a T-Rex or some sort of plant eating dinosaur?

It’s a tribal African T-Rex that wore one of those neck stretchers for 30 years.

Conjoined feet, webbed toes, short-underdeveloped arms, abnormally long neck, and an odd shaped head.

I’ll go with an Alabamasaurus-Rex.

OK good. My wife was 100% convinced it was a t Rex. I needed an impartial jury.
