No need to hire Richard Lipsey. Just hire Stephen Moret. Smart guy, loves LSU and left running the LSU foundation b/c of the corrupt, single minded nature of LSU under F King.

Mike Foster did LSU a huge favor in cleaning house of all the old political BS types of LSU jobs. Brought in people like Bill Jenkins, Mark Emmert etc.
Jindal was a complete POS his last 4 years.

I've never doubted that the Orgeron hire was a love-child of Alleva and Alexander. Nothing against O, but LSU will live to regret this.

So do I.

BTW, JW (J. Chiles Esq) couldn't get into LSU Law School, but willingly accepted an "Affirmative Action Minority Exception" entry to Washington & Lee Law School.

Jindhal was a joke of a governor, not surprised these two clowns came out of that era.

And Williams is a product of the current governor.

Breaking News: Governors of all parties make bad appointments.

The problem is Alleva plays golf with just enough BOS members to keep his job. Alleva and Alexander are bureaucrats that know exactly who to grease to survive. They can care less about anything else.

Well Mr. Lipsey better use his fame and fortune to save our athletic program as well as the reputation of LSU. He needs to get rid of the terriost like administration. Both Fuc King Alexander and JB destroying LSU.

You'll get your wish. Neither Alleva nor Alexander will be at LSU a year from now. Both could be gone sooner.

All the trolls shilling for them will be standing right behind them in the unemployment line.

Eta: To be clear, I'm not referencing LE in this post.

I don't know him so obviously I could be wrong, but I don't believe he has ulterior motives, as much as I disagree with him on this.

I think the key takeaway from Lipsey's post is that while the Wade situation was poorly handled, the problems at LSU go way deeper than athletics. More people need to realize this.

This can not be emphasized enough. We only see the limited view of a publicly known issue in the athletic department. Not only are we not privy to the totality of it, but there are other areas we never hear about across the university. JBE may not have had the ill intent as did Jindal in who he put in place over LSU, but he needs to wake up and make a commitment to attaining nationally respected competence.
