Bless your heart. You do try though.

The one big hangup is him not meeting with LSU WITH THE NCAA ON SPEAKERPHONE.

¿comprende?

You may not understand significance of the speakerphone part, because generally it's apparent you're clueless. In terms of third parties involved in legal conversations though, and touching on potential testimony, conference calls are a nonstarter. There are severe restrictions to ensuring privacy.

He completed his service as BOS chair, and he had to hold his tongue and work within the system. He has held many LSU leadership roles over the years, and now at 79 he is finally in a position to speak freely. It’s hard to do that when you have to have open lines of communications with LSU leadership. He obviously wants LSU supporters to demand more of their leaders, and he seems to have an insiders point of view. He’s not some deranged fan that think if we don’t win National titles every year, heads must roll. He’s someone who has worked with the leadership on a daily basis and experienced the problems first hand. Kudos for him for having the guts to speak up.

He has been subpoenaed. It’s a really good idea for him not to talk, as any lawyer worth his law degree would advise.

Just because you and LSU want him to talk doesn’t mean that’s a good idea. How stupid are you?

I don’t think he should talk.

I’d like to see the methods and results of this research.

You can probably guess how...

The researchers simply took a sample of applicants, tracked their grades through college, and did regressions to determine how much, if any, correlation there was between their standardized test scores and success throughout college.

This is extensively studied by faculties in education in order to determine how to maximize the outcomes of college students.

But you think his suspension is justified? If you don't think he should talk then why do you think it's ok to suspend him given the circumstances?
