Walk-On’s owners, partners launch quick-service slider restaurant
If it takes off, they plan on scaling through franchises. Seems pretty cool, hope it works out.

It actually makes a lot of sense because you can do the build out in a shop and greatly reduce construction time, weather delays, etc.

May be in the minority here, but I liked when that was a Rotolos. Haven't been able to check out the new Rotolos location as I have moved out of Baton Rouge.

I would imagine you would need a few more creative menu items to move past a traditional shite fast food burger joint. What we need is a quick service street taco joint

Yeah, that seemed like a solution that could have been solved. Wasn't it something like a dispute over fees and they were pissed Bud's corporate opened a stand in Tiger Stadium cuz they felt it would cut into their business? You can resolve that shite.....
