I’ve always wondered how people know when to start recording. It’s like they knew the truck would blow over.

968 was the last I saw on surface analysis. Feeling the wind here in SELa. Blizzard has Denver shut down.

I was visiting my cousin in Oklahoma and her husband and I went out to the store and when we got out of his truck a gust blew so hard it bent the passenger's side door so bad it wouldn't close.

78 mph wind at DFW Airport this morning did some damage. Only 45 mph at my house in the city thank goodness.

That's near some of T Boone's wind farms.

I've heard they just shut them down when the wind's too high. Is that true?

Or are some of the fan blades launched after structural weaknesses are magnified?
