Just got off the phone with Lee Mallett(BOD member) - Will Wade Suspension

First off, Mr. Mallett was incredibly nice to me on the phone and seems to feel the same way most on this board does about the entire situation.
He disclosed me to that the President and AD asked Will to come into the office to discuss the reports and Will Wades attorneys informed them that he would not be showing up, thus the suspension.
I asked if there was a possibility of Wade coming back and he said “Yes, if he would come to the BOD and speak to us about the issue. We love Wade and want him to stay”.
He also said that they’re aware that this is a very bad look but, didn’t have any other option given the response from Wade’s attorneys.
This may be common knowledge already but, I decided to share anyway.

Because they can be subpoenaed and asked about the contents of their discussions.

He is on the Boad of Directors and is based out of Lake Charles!

Maybe bc whatever he says can be used against him in the future or to cross examine him at the upcoming trial.
