Announcers were very even-handed the entire game, and if anything were probably heaping more praise on LSU.

Kennedy is always fair toward both teams, it seems like. He just loves ball and calls out plays for both.

Before the bama game they were talking as if LSU only beat UK because of the basket interference on Bigby-Williams and only beat Tenn because refs made a bad call. They said nothing about the UK defender sticking his hand through the net and hitting the rim so hard the backboard shook. Nor did they say anything about the call in the Tenn game was a foul. Matter of fact Skylar tried to advance the ball at the end of regulation and was ran into by a Tenn defender and that foul wasn't called. There is only one way LSU will get the respect and credit they deserve from the media, and that is to win every single game left in the season. If LSU loses in the SEC tournament they will say the UK and Tenn games were a fluke. If LSU makes the final 4 and loses the first game they will keep saying the same thing. LSU needs to win, win, win the SEC and NCAA tournaments to get the respect and credit this team deserves. That is the only way.

I thought the same thing as they were saying this LSU squad COULD AND SHOULD be a number 1 seed if it wins out. Also thought it when they kept praising Tremont Waters, how they were calling Skyler Mays a calming influence on the floor, how they said the Smart kid played like he was the best player on the court, how they said LSU was the most athletic team in the conference, how when LSU was down late that they had been there before and wouldn't be scared. Seriously, were you watching the same game?
