Lots of young professionals moving in demanding high quality living accomodations. Which in turns means higher prices.

It’s hilarious that people are actually flocking to live in Nashville itself and not a suburb. Nashville’s crime issues are worse than Memphis’ and it’s only getting worse, half the city is one big ghetto

We bought a house right outside of Nashville two years ago. It has appraised for $45,000 more than what we bought it for

Someone please explain the appeal of Nashville to me. I mean that seriously. The city is sprawling, and it looks they’ve torn down every house and replaced it with those hideous condos and houses straight out of the suburbs. Memphis is a much more appealing city, crime aside.

Have you been to either place? The answer is right in front of you.

Great job market

Great night live and entertainment

Relatively safe

Your liberal brethren flocking to both places from California. The market will charge what the market can get.

Nashville’s a lot of fun but I’d lose my shite over the traffic at this point.

Go downtown and start driving away from it. Stop when you can afford it.
