He is king douche because he calls you on your shite. First things first, I don't worship him, I think he is a complete dick, by the mother fricker knows his shite.

Second, he is coming back from a back surgery, trying to gain his strength back. To do that effeciently you need to gain bodyweight, then slowly cut.

TBH, I like that he’s a dick. There is so much crap information being peddled by gym bunnies and bros. For someone with real knowledge backed by science to call them out is really refreshing.

Why would anyone call out his physique? He’s recovering from an injury. And he’s making good progress at that. He’s an accomplished lifter/bodybuilder.

Everyone hates Layne because he tells them that the current fad does not equal to being the key to immortality and Zeus like strength. He disects the trendy diets and breaks down the real science. I fully intend to buy his book.
