I use Gametime App to buy all my sporting event tickets and found some pretty cheap tickets in 100s for $33. Grabbed those quick, but I suggest trying the app if people are free and want to go last minute.

I just bought two tickets in the 300s through lsu for $15 a piece. 33 after the fee. I'm taking my son. Should be fun and worth the time considering that's about what I'd pay for the two of us to go to a movie and eat some popcorn.

It's a shame the LSU/Florida game isn't close to a sellout by TThe phrase gets overused, but its true in this case. This team deserves a sellout crowd. - 1st place in the SEC - Serious final four contender - Big name opponent - 6:00pm game, so its not too late - weather forecast for game time is 62 degrees and cloudy. Not too hot. Not too cold. - LSU selling Chic-fil-a so you can eat decent food at the game The normal excuses do not apply. Get to the PMAC tomorrow night. Chic fil a isn’t decent food.
Depends on your perspective and what its being compared to. I consider it decent tasting and fresh. Healthy is certainly debatable but that also depends on what you choose. Their salads are pretty decent as well as their grilled chicken wraps in whole wheat tortillas.

If it were a weekend game = Sellout
If Tipoff time were an hour back = Maybe sellout

But 6pm is HARD, you have the crowd Leaving work
which means you'd have to take be in BR at 4, otherwise you are stuck in traffice

Just a logistical nightmare

it’s a shame but there’s no doubt that the HDTV problem is affecting basketball too now. back when I was a kid in the 80s I went to every single home game w my pops bc that was the only way I could see it. saw every last one of the big 80s games starting in 1980 at age 7. But if you saw Mitchell and Martin and Cookie and Redden and Blanton and Taylor and Williams and Henderson during the regular season, you were probably watching them at the PMAC live.

BUT I have no doubt that while i still would have gone to a ton of games if they’d all been televised there would have been several each year i’d just have watched on TV if it was possible. I know my mom was pissed more than once that my dad kept me up late on a Wed night but he pretty much told her to shove it, lol!

In a way it does really suck. New hard core fans are not being cultivated like i was, smelling the popcorn, hearing the band, the cursing, the worlds most obnoxious (Arky) fans, nearly crying when that fukker from UGA beat us that time after we threw the inbounds pass out of bounds. and losing my mind for LMU and UNLV wins. That shite is in my SOUL now. so that really sucks.

i guess if there is a flip side it’s that LSU basketball is much more visible to a lot of folks who formerly would’ve only had radio. But we need that place rockin. We just do.

We had 13,300+ at the Arkansas game and 12,000+ at the Auburn game. Both of those games were on Saturdays.

I expect we'll have about 12,000+ tomorrow night versus UF. Students filled up their seats versus Arkie but not versus Auburn.

Gymnastics loses millions of dollars every year. MBB earns a profit second only to football.

LSU basketball is the second most popular sport at LSU and it's not even close.
