I love how game day made a big deal of that no call, but won't back it up a couple seconds to the goal vibrating arm through rim and slap of the backboard by UK players as shot was in the air. I don't get the uproar by ESPN, it's not like it ruined their top 5 matchup since new Rankin's weren't out yet. It's still a big game to hype up all week as theyve been doing.

Look, I get it. As fans we hate to see our team disrespected. It irritates me at times too. But the truth of the matter is that just 2 season ago, this program was an absolute cellar dweller and has done little over the last 8 years or so to garner any respect.
So let them keep disrespecting us. It only serves to give the fans, and more importantly, the team fuel to keep proving them wrong.
We have heard Wade say several times in interviews how much he likes to put embarrassing performances or other motivational things on loop in the basketball facility to serve as a reminder to the team. Hell Pat Bradley has said twice this week how Wade told him that his players were pissed at Bradley for saying how horrible LSU is on defense on SEC Now; and how that helped focus the players.
I would imagine Wade will have Greenburg’s comments on loop before the TN game next week, which will be a good thing.

The LSU fan base has such a low self esteem. They are on a tv show at the arena of the game they are taking about. And here’s the next thing no matter what they say it doesn’t effect LSU one iota.

I have it on and just listened to the last segment.
They completely disrespected LSU. It's as if they are assuming UK would have won if it wasn't for the no call (which IMO could have gone either way), the game was tied.
Normally I don't care about whether or not we are getting "the respect we deserve" from the media or whatever, but when it comes to college basketball, it can have an impact on seeding in the NCAA tournament.
I don't want to be in a situation where we are on a seed bubble. Where we could either be a 4 or 5 seed (or 3 or 4) and they put us in the lower seed.
Either way, if we handle our business we will be fine. And while I know it's going to be a tough game vs Tennessee.. I would love to get that win.. Just to see if we get the same respect as the "blue blood" teams.

Why people watch ESPN outside of game coverage (which you should mute), I'll never know.
ESPN is no different than political media. Their job is to lie to make them the most $$$.
LSU's win potentially messed up their ratings for the big matchup today. ESPN literally hates LSU basketball right now.
