Why are there so many 23 year olds still giving pledges the business?

When I was in college, the ones that gave pledges the most trouble were sophomores and juniors. Seniors and grad school students were just trying to buckle down and get out of school.

Holy shite, I actually know one of those kids slightly. He dates the daughter of some friends. I was thinking nah, he couldnt be involved and there he is.

The investigation goes back to at least 2016 so they would’ve been younger when the alleged crimes took place.
