Our non-existent Tort reform, Gordon, Stuart and the rest of the crooks and we pay for all that shite. Watch daytime TV, all it is it the couch rats looking for a free ride on our backs.

If an 'injured' plaintiff wasn't wearing a seatbelt, that can't even be brought up in court.

I’ve been around these dirt bags who feel like a fender bender made their backs and necks destroyed. They are scum of the earth.

Gordon and the likes are enablers. I want a governor who will push tort reform like GWB did in Texas. We all know how Texas is doing. Even with all the illegals driving around without insurance.

Don't hate the player. Hate the game.

Get in your Reps and Senator's ears.

I never regret living in a state where I am absolved of having to prove my case just to be heard.

Who do you think is going to set the hurdle height for these cases?

Why are rates so high?

Somebody has to pay for Didley and Debossier to be the official injury attorneys of the LHSAA.

Preach... Its what keeps companies like Aimca, Nationwide and others out of La.. If it were to happen we'd have a dozen or more options further driving down the prices.

Buying commercial auto in Louisiana has become next to impossible because of all the fricking attorneys.

Louisiana badly needs tort reform and the Texas version is a good model to study for that.

There's no need to do anything but lower the jury trial limit to $10,000 or lower. Juries won't put up with stupid claims like the judges whose campaigns are paid for by plaintiff's lawyers.

I hadn’t had an accident in over 10 years. Moved to Baton Rouge and within 5 months some kid cuts in front of me at rush hour on Siegen, immediately slams on his brakes, and I hit him. Kids driving a brand new car, Kids dad shows up jumping curbs like billy badass in his ‘17 f250 platinum with a du sticker in the window and they walk around examining damage, never speak to me. The kid was fine. That day they contacted my insurance filing a medical claim. I hate Baton Rouge and all you motherfrickers in it. I drove an hour everyday in NYC for a year and would gladly trade that for traversing this hell hole at pretty much any time between 8am and 10pm.

a large chunk of our costs in insurance is due to the 4 urban areas that have 40% less insured drivers than the rest of the state.

There will come a time when Gordon puts up so much tacky shite along I-10 between College and the split that the good people of Baton Rouge will reach a breaking point. We will take to the streets. There will be a popular uprising against our oppressor.

"GET GORDON. YOU'RE DONE," will be our cry.
