Saw's Soul Food in the Avondale neighborhood of Bham. Can't get enough of their smoked wings.

There was a small satellite location of Bob Baumhower's Wings in Tuscaloosa that fried their wings and fries nice and crispy and had a perfect, thinner ranch for dipping. Just a 100, straight up MF'n buffalo wang.

Thai cottage in Houston has an appetizer called wings of paradise and they are amazing.

Agreed. They can overcook them at times, depending on the store location, but they are damn good.
