Game Thread: Rising from the Phoenix Pelicans vs. Nosediving Clippers

Okay, gonna give this one last shot. It's game day, and although this isn't a must win by definition, it is hard to see this team dropping this one and still getting to the trade deadline above .500
Pels are fully healthy, so there are no excuses. For the Clippers, who have lost two straight, Luc Mbah a Moute is the only guy out.
Clippers are DEAD LAST in turning the opposition over, so if the Pels do that tonight, it is likely to be all unforced errors. Clips also give up a good amount of offensive boards, so its a night the bigs should crash the glass.
On the other side of the ball, nobody gets to the line more than the Clippers, so the Pels can't be doing their lazy arse reaching shite tonight. Clips bench is gonna decimate the Pels bench, so for the Pels to win this game:
Stay out of the defensive bonus
Crash the offensive glass (end the game with more possessions)
Use Jrue to make Lou Williams night miserable

god they really gotta fix the grabbing people on alley oops foul. That’s a really stupid rule.
Also, I thought a few years ago an intentional foul away from the ball in the last 2 minutes of any quarter was a FT and the ball back (extended from 4th/OT)?

Who feels that classic Pelicans 4th Quarter let down coming? Like seriously AD. It was going all good. Why take those 3s? WHY? Do your game and drive the rim. Jrue with the air ball. What is it about the 4th quarter that scares them? This is so FRUSTRATING. DO NOT LOSE THIS GAME.

Anthony Davis - one of the reasons we lost the 20 point lead, also the reason we won the game. The struggle of Pels fans everywhere. Just quit taking those funky 3s and play the paint man.
