Yeah, there's usually one toilet and sometimes a urinal and the door has a lock. This set-up has been around for a long time.

I've been a janitor at a mega church.
Women's bathrooms are about 100x more trashed out and disgusting than men's. It's not just occasionally. It's any day anywhere.
