I stand by my belief that preventative laws are immoral. Driving in accordance to traffic code while drunk shouldn't be illegal on its own, in theory.

Problem with going lower is other things can trigger a breathalyzer. Certain medicine, coffee, cigarettes, food stuck in your teeth can cause a false test. Then you are shite out of luck.

In the 1800s drunk driving was legal and there was no income tax and you could have children work at your factory and nice people from other countries help you pick your textile plants

Just don’t drink period if you are going to drive. I think it’s should be zero across the board everywhere.

But you can be sober smash into another car with no insurance and it’s ok. Those WITH insurance will pay.
