It's listed as a single-family home. I need a 3 family home so all of my sister-wives have their own space.

That huge thing on only 1 acre? At least you save money on a lawn guy. It would be like cutting a dsld yard.

Its not 188 Million, look at the pricing history of the house.

2012 - Sold for 7,900,000
2013 - Sold for 11,000,110
2017 - For Sale 250,000,000
2017 - Listing Removed
2018 - Listing for sale - 188,000,000
2018 - Listing Removed
2018 - Listing for sale - 188,000,000
2018 - Sold 200,000

I dont understand it selling for 200,000 on September 25th this past year, im thinking maybe that was the rental price agreement.

Bilzerian agreed to let the former owner tap whatever leftovers he had over that night.

The wife and I aren't ready to downsize yet, but I'll keep it in mind as an investment property.

It's not as if they're in downtown Manhattan. They're on the top of their own mountain overlooking L.A.

I'd totally have a telescope set up to watch their rich people orgies.

Isn't that the house they're letting Bilzerian rent cheap as hell to try to use his name to get an offer somewhere higher than the $11M it sold for last time and closer to the $188M they're asking for now.
